2013/2014 School Year

This was my first year as a facilitator of the Task Force, as well as a new member of the Bosque community. Throughout this school year, the Task Force worked on an initiative started the year before in the Policy committee, creating a primary tenet for the school community.
A tenet is a principle or belief. Our primary tenet outlines how we believe each member of our community should act toward one another in order to create a welcoming, safe, and supportive working and learning environment.
2014/2015 School Year

The direction of this year's Task Force is still being determined, but will be centered around planning for the future. As Director of Diversity Initiatives I want my work to not center around me, but to mirror the needs of the community. What do we see as our current challenges, opportunities for growth, and areas of success?
2015/2016 School Year​

This school year, the Diversity Task Force has split into two different working groups, a middle school division group and an upper school division group. Both groups are now working towards tasks that are more division focused. We will come together in January to learn about what each group is doing, as well as their goals for the remainder of the school year. Check back for updates in January.
